according to legend, Joseph of Arimathea took on fresh water in the
Padstow area of north Cornwall at a place called Jesus’ Well. This is
the small stone structure still standing in a corner of Holywell Golf
Course near Newquay, but it is not mentioned in The Kolbrin. However,
his comment prompted me to hunt along the north coast of Cornwall,
assuming that he sailed up round the coast from St Michael’s Bay. News

Dear Sylvia Harries along with sister Helen kept the Holy Ghost Fires burning at New Mill Gospel Chapel. This year of 2012 has produced many signs to indicate this. I have just received notification that the Israeli Prime Minister has suggested the construction of the Third Temple could begin by the end of 2012. I am investigating this! 3) Twelve weeks ago a brilliant white light was seen in the sky over the UK. BBC News and Radioreported this from 2am onwards. When I consulted the Lord about this unusual event He directed me to St Luke 10 verse 18, then to Revelation Chapter 12. Satan is now operating on earth with his fallen angels preparing for the Christ predicted take over in Revelation 12-17 4) It was the genocide of Israel's new born infants in the book of Exodus that triggered off God's exodus of His people from Egypt long ago. 30,000 children (babies) are among 50 million brutally slaughtered in their mothers wombs before they can even cry. By now the nation is fully aware of the intense battle that is raging for the future of the United Kingdom. Satan has launched a tremendous onslaught attempting through guile and deception to accomplish what Kaiser (1914 -18) and Hitler (1939-45) failed to do through war and conflict i.e. to produce a European super state that would ultimately become part of the last day Beast Kingdom. Carefully and prayerfully read the Book of Revelation, chapters 12, 13 and 17. The blessed Holy Spirit will enlighten and illumine all genuine seekers concerning these Jesus predicted end time events. I have propounded these these truths for over 50 years and now they are in irrefutable evidence. Pray as never before for this Nation. Our history, of which so many know so little, reveals that afore time God has used Britain as a base to spread the gospel to the world. Under King Lucius our nation was declared a Christian Nation by Triad Laws. These have never been rescinded. We demand a National Referendum before any further integration with the EU. The Lord will surely triumph! Peter Scothern Film suggests Jesus may have visited the West
A NEW film suggests that Jesus may have come to the West country, as described in the hymn Jerusalem. The documentary "And Did Those Feet", explores the story behind the legend which survives in the hymn, for which William Blake wrote the words. The legend claims Jesus visited several places in the West country, such as Cornwall's Roseland peninsula and Glastonbury in Somerset., with his uncle Joseph of Arimathaea. In the film, Scottish researcher Dr. Gordon Strachan said it is plausible Jesus may have visited Britain to further his learning. Ted Harrison, the film's director and producer, said yesterday, "There is a very much closer connection between early Christianity and the classical Greek and Roman world than previously thought. If someone was wanting to learn about the spirituality and thinking not just of the Jews but also the classical and Greek world he would have to come to Britain, which was the centre of learning at the time." Dr. Strachan, a Church of Scotland minister who lives in Edinburgh, lectures on the history of architecture at Edinburgh University. The film also explores how St Augustine heard the legend of Jesus' visit when he came to England around 597 AD. He heard that Jesus built a chapel in Glastonbury and wrote to the Pope to tell him about it. Mr Harrison said: "The concrete evidence is this reference by St Augustine that at Glastonbury there was a small building or church that was put up by Jesus, built by the hand of the Lord himself . But the medieval Glastonbury Abbey has been built on top of it." The documentary also claims that Britain was at the forefront of learning and scholarship in the first century AD.
